Shawn McMillian 

​

Shawn is currently Vice President at Keurig Dr Pepper, where he was recruited by the KDP President to establish a national alcohol beverage capability. He also leads their $400M US mixer, wholesale grocery and broker managed businesses. 

Prior to that he was an Operating Partner at Juggernaut Capital Partners, a leading North American Private Equity firm. He was Chief Executive Officer at Integrated Beverage Group (IBG) before that, a Juggernaut Capital Partners portfolio company, leading their fast-growing national vineyard/winery/distillery business. 

Before IBG he was Executive Vice President Sales & Business Transformation at Accelerate360, where he led commercial transformation and rapid portfolio expansion of the largest magazine distributor/second largest magazine publisher in the US.
As Executive Vice President and General Manager with Advantage Solutions he owned the full $400M P&L for their US Grocery, Natural Specialty, and Fresh businesses. 
Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dean Foods’ $2.5B Southeast Group. While there, Shawn was able to successfully leverage many of the competencies he has built throughout his career to help establish the new Go-To-Market model that transformed Dean Foods into a modern CPG company.
Before this Shawn led within the Coca-Cola system for 17 years, most recently as North American Vice President of Still & Emerging Beverages with Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE). In that role, Shawn was responsible for Coca-Cola Enterprises’ $1B North American Juice, Juice Drink, Tea, and Coffee business from strategy development through product commercialization. Leading up to that, he helped create the Coca-Cola Revenue Growth Management discipline, while leading pricing strategy and forecasting for CCE North America. He was a Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing in two CCE business units before that. 
Shawn has been in the CPG industry for 25 years. He has a strong personal dedication to maximizing organizational efficiency, leading change, and empowering others to succeed. He graduated from the University of North Carolina with a concentration in Industrial Psychology and Business Administration and has been a featured speaker at Georgia Techs’ conferences on Revenue Growth Management and Pricing Optimization.
